Help with the Service

Questions about screening, your account, plans or billing: email support@careercatalystscreener.com. It helps to include the email address you sign in with and, for a problem, the job or page it happened on.

Payments are taken by Paddle, our reseller. For a receipt, a refund or a question about a charge you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Privacy and data requests

To ask about your personal data, make a data protection request or report a concern, email privacy@careercatalystscreener.com. We respond within one month, as UK GDPR requires.

• If you applied for a job and your CV was screened with our Service, the organisation you applied to controls your data, so please contact them first. We will help them answer your request.
• If you're not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. See our Privacy Policy for your rights.

Larger organisations

For Enterprise plans, invoice billing, single sign-on or a data protection review (DPA, DPIA support or a supplier questionnaire), email support@careercatalystscreener.com.
